@maxvanherk most common issue with that, is a stuck lens based on either the motor or the lens being of track. Ideas from here might help. Even with that, it is most likely that you will have to replace the lens. Individual parts for any repair of the lens are very difficult to obtain. To replace the lens use this guide.
