I bought a second hand 1 phone6 plus. And it is still connect to the original owners apple id. And i have aNooo way to contact them. How do I fix this problem so I can use phone and switch it to my cell phone carrier?

@trinababy if it is Apple ID locked, there is no way you can get it unlocked. You will need the information from the previous user, without it the phone will be useless to you.
