boot manager is missing

Dynabook (Toshiba) Laptop

Laptops manufactured by Dynabook (formerly Toshiba). Toshiba has since transferred 100% ownership of the laptop business to Sharp.

When I boot the laptop i get a message saying that BOOTMGR is missing and to press Ctrl+Alt+Del

download hirens boot cd version 10.7 then burn it the boot from cd you will menu with fix ntldr press on it it will be fixed autonatically
