Danny Mckinney this question was converted from a comment you had left on a Panasonic Viera model no.TC-P50C2. I make the assumption that this is the model that your TV is. Anyhow, the 10 blink code is telling you that the load on either the SS or SC board, are causing the SOS code. If you disconnect SC but leave the SS board connected and still get 10 blinks, you know your SS board is faulty. If it changes to a 6,7 or 8 blink code it could be your SC board.

it is my tv and I don't know anything about inside one just trying to troubleshoot myself
kentuckywildcats293 are you the original poster of this question? If not then you have the same model with the same error? Start by checking as I've outlined in my answer. Let us know what you find.
I have tried all the tips and none work may have to pull back off and try what you said thanks
