3 Why is my keyboard not working?
I dropped my laptop and now the keyboard is not working. Everything but the keyboard works. What should I do?

The cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard of your laptop can be disconnected. Try to remove the keyboard, and check the connection of the ribbon cable.
