2 What do I do if my screen is frozen?
I was using my monitor and after a while, the screen became unresponsive to touch and froze on a page that I was looking at. Please help!

Gather a very thin object, such as a very sharp pencil, and find the small reset button on the side of the monitor. Put the thin object in the hole and hold it there for a few seconds. This will turn off the monitor and will require that you turn it back on. If you do not have a very thin object, turn off the device and turn it back on. Lastly, if neither of these steps solve the problem, the screen will need to be replaced. The replacement guide is located on the Troubleshooting Page.
