My laptop is now using usb sound card adopter.
sound card of motherboard is damage how can I fix this?

What OS is installed in your laptop?
Have you checked the audio controller drivers in Device Manager to see if the drivers are installed correctly?
Did you test for audio from the earphone socket if the speakers aren't working?
What have you done to prove that the audio controller is faulty?
