Having trouble connecting to Wifi

Hello,

I recently purchased the Verizon Ellipsis 7 tablet, and for the life of me, I can not figure out how to connect my tablet to my home WiFi. Is there any special tricks or methods to get it to work? I would hate to have to return this tablet to the store. Please help!!!

Hey Taylor,

There are a variety of things that you could try out to possibly fix this problem. You can start by ensuring that airplane mode is disabled. you may also want to make sure that you are using the correct Wi-Fi password. For further assistance check out this troubleshooting guide.
