Hi,
From the menu list on the Control Panel use the left/right arrows to scroll and the tick to select and go to Settings > General Settings > Factory defaults.

Hi
Here is a link to a page in the service manual for your printer. It shows factory defaults and reset printer in the Utilities and Job menu boxes. Although given the message above about not all menus etc. it may not be relevant. just a thought.

Thanks for your efforts , jayeff, but that did not work. I actually tried it a several times just to be sure, even before posting my question. I should have mentioned that up front.
