4 Why won't my device charge?
I have plugged the charger into the device and into the outlet but it won't charge.

There might be several reasons the device is not charging. The charger or the USB might be defective. In order to fix the problem, plug the charger into a different adapter. If this does not solve the issue, check to see if the USB port is damaged. Replace the USB port if it is broken. For more information, please refer to the troubleshooting page.

I have the same problem.. I didnt notice it was drained that night but i charge it for 6 hrs but theres no light that shows its charging.. And the tab and its charger is so cold not hot .
