hi.

how i can update the laptops bios to new version framworks without removing them from mother board.

You have to go to Dells homepage and look for the Bios file that is for your laptop, be careful that it is the exact matching one. Then there is usually a guide to how to flash the bios file. Could be via DOS or Windows.
