I cant see anything, what do I do?

I dropped my camera, and I am unable to see anything with my NetCam.

First make sure that your connection is good between the webcam and your phone. If the connection is good it is possible that your lens has gone out or been broken, in this case you will need to replace the lens which you can follow these steps to do so through this link Balkin WebCam HD+ lens replacement
