Phone not turning on

My phone is completely dead. I doesn't turn on or do anything. When I plug it to the charger, the LED light turns but I am still unable to turn on the phone. Can someone please help me diagnose the issue??

Your phone may be powering on, but your LCD screen may have failed, so the phone works you just can't see it. Try toggling the buzzer switch see if it reacts at all.

I've already tried that. At one point I was able to go to the screen to try to reset it but for some reason it doesn't do it anymore. I'm not sure if its a system issue or the actual phone.
