WiFi Display stopped working

My WiFi Display used to work with both of my Rokus. One day, my phone stopped connecting. Other phones are able to connect just fine. Why did it stop working?? Can it be fixed?

Try to remove sd card and try making a little piece of paper onto put on top to hold it in place better after replacing it

I have done that. The only thing I havent done is a factory reset ...which I'm trying to avoid.
