Hi,
Are you only having problems when trying to use the chopper blade or the disc blade?
If so are you attaching the chopper lid correctly?
Here is an image showing how to attach the chopper lid to the chopper bowl.

If it still doesn't work, check the purchase date of the product and if it is still within the warranty period, contact the Panasonic Customer Service centre in your location as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.

Definitely use the warranty if it is still covered. I will say that the first thing to break on my hand-blender/chopper unit was the plastic spline shaft that mates the motor shaft to the accessories. I never found a replacement, so I urge you to use the warranty; because they can definitely find the part, or replace your unit.
Any idea how to replace the motor. I think I burnt it out last night.....any ideas of what I could do or where to start?
Any idea how to fix the immersion blender blade that came out from its shaft? The entire rubber black part fell off from the metal shaft.
