Hi,

If it gives no indication that it is charging when you connect the charger, have you proven that the charger is OK by connecting the tablet, using an appropriate USB cable (also different to the original if possible) to a known working USB port of a PC or laptop?

If it does now start to charge, prove whether the problem is with the charger or the cable.

If it is with the charger, this is also covered by the manufacturer's warranty, see below regarding warranty . (The cable is as well but don't know if it is worth the hassle.)

If it still fails to charge, then as there is a 12 month manufacturer's warranty on the tablet, I suggest that you verify the purchase date to ensure that you are still within the warranty period and then consult the warranty statement in the User Guide as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warrant repair or replacement.
