I just got a Logitech H800 headset over the weekend. I paired it with my Macbook pro, and the sound works fine in the right ear piece, but nothing comes out of the left ear piece. I have it playing via bluetooth.

@lambertson27 ,Sarah, If you have tried Logitech H800 headset with more then one device and issue still there, return as defective for exchange/refund. There could be something wrong with the left speaker or wiring. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

Have you tried pairing it with another BT device e.g. a mobile phone to prove whether the problem is with the laptop or the headset?

@jayeff, Yes, I tried with another computer with both bluetooth and usb and it still had the same issue. Thanks for any thoughts you have on what's going on.

As you have tried all possible scenarios to make it work in 'stereo' unfortunately it appears as though the headset is faulty. I suggest that you follow @lpfaff1 's advice and return it under warranty for a replacement or refund
