My little brother dropped my phone in the tub the screen boots up but I can't do any thing but turn it on the touch part of the screen it stoped working how can I fix this? I have never had a blu until now and I like it so someone please help.

Turn off your phone IMMEDIATELY you are only causing more damage to the device by turning it on anytime its been dropped in water.
Take it apart soak the board in high level rubbing alcohol let it completly dry and remove any corrosion on the board with a fine tip fiberglass brush reassemble if it fails try a new screen.
