I think it's because the "resistance" ( heating coil) is damaged.
Can I fix it soldering it? Can I change that part? How much the replacement would be?
I don't know how can I attached a picture. Thanks so much for your help.

Adriana eiroa , I did a search for a replacement heating coil with no luck as they can not be repaired normally. Below is the link to Cuisinart where you can contact to see if part is available. I believe it has 3-year warranty, so use your warranty if you can for replacement/repair/refund. The last link is to a disassembly guide so you can check all the wires/connections for loose/damage/corrosion and test with a DVOM with it set on Ohms with the power disconnected, to see if it is getting power to controls etc. Good luck. Have noticed that you like checking it 'live' with a DVOM.
I prefer using an Ohmmeter, with the power disconnected. It's a lot safer.
