Outer Screen Glass Replacement or Digitizer Replacement?

My daughter dropped her LG G5 and the screen is cracked. I've looked online and I see parts available are the Front Outer Screen Glass Panel Lens Replacement and the LCD display Digitizer Touch Screen Assembly.

Which one do I need to replace?

There only appears to be cracks on the screen. The touch functionality appears to be working fine even in the areas that are cracked, and all images appear to be displaying fine as well.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyP_cEpp... Thats how to take it apart and the screen replacement link is in description. You need to replace the glass but separating can be a risky risky process and its best to just get the whole assembly

Switching out the glass only is what I need to do also. From my understanding it's a very difficult task. Your better off getting the digitizer with glass combo. It's already attached for you and can be accomplished fairly easily. When people try to separate the LCD glass from the digitizer they end up damaging the digitizer, only a pro. should even attempt it.
