How to replace the usd charging port?
Is it possible to change the charging port and if so, is there an easy to follow tutorial?

It appears that the port is soldered to the board, along with the fact that disassembling the controller in the first place it difficult and an all in procedure. So there is absolutely no easy way to do it. I'm sure that it can in fact be done, but I think you would be better off buying another controller just because the fact that this procedure is so difficult.
