Hi, i have 2.5'' hdd with a torx (T6) screw on the pcb that from the force it's turned into a round hole.
I have used the rubber band method but still no luck.Also i cannot use a heat gun cause the microchips may get loose.
I must try at all cost not to damage the pcb.

@pydev, Nick, Hardly looks like the head of a screw any more. Does not appear enough material left to cut a slot in it so I recommend you carefully drill the head off using a wee bit bigger metal bit (larger then the threaded O.D. of screw) in a power drill, remove the board and hopefully there will be enough shaft remaining of screw to turn out with small vise grips/pliers. but if i remove the head with a drill how im gonna take the rest out of the hole?
@pydev, Nick, That is where the problem could become difficult again, if all else fails, drill carefully just enough for screw head removal and hopefully there will be enough screw shaft to grab with small vise grips/pliers to turn remaining portion of screw out after board is removed. Good luck.
After you cut the head off and remove the board, the stub will be sticking out. Use something like this to grab it and turn it out: Screw Extracting Pliers
