Not powering up; how do I know it needs repair?
I have hardly used my GoPro and now it won't power up. I live in Panama and don't have access to batteries or parts.
Where can I take it for a diagnosis? I'll be in L.A. In July.

Hi Timothy! Can you fill us in on what you've already tried? Have you tried a different wall outlet and/or different charger? Have you tried connecting it to your computer? Give us some more detail and we can help you troubleshoot.

Hello. I've tried other outlets. I've also tried taking out the battery, holding down the power button, then plugging in the charger (advice from the YouTube). That did not work. I've had it for over 3 years with minimal use, so I think it is out of warranty. I did purchase it with a credit card that extends warranties by an extra year, but I will have to check the details.
