Broken tiny piece - what does it do?

I have a crushed iPhone 6 I'm repairing. There is a tiny piece that attaches to the top frame housing and sits between the rear and front facing camera. It is broken in half, but as far as I can tell, the only thing broken off is the plastic screw hole that attaches it to the housing. The connector seems to be grounding okay but I'm not getting wifi. I don't know if it's related or not. What is this thing and what does it do?

This is upper antenna tuner connection, it does not receive any signal but it changes the impedance of the upper bezel antenna to fit different wireless bands.

A hundred things can go wrong for wifi, especially with a phone with physical damage. Nobody can tell for sure what's broken, the only way is to probe the board yourself or swap parts with a good phone and isolate the failed component yourself.

the iFixit walkthrough for logic board calls this the "angled logic board bracket"

I don't personally know if it serves a function beyond that.

Hey, Rick. My bracket was also busted. I’m kinda new to repairs, and aside from this site, I don’t know where else to get replacement parts. Could you tell me where you got one of these "angled logic board bracket" replacements?
