How do you remove the battery from ZTE Axon phone? How can you turn the phone off?

Here’s a video of a Axon 10 Pro back glass and screen replacement.

It is useful as it shows the removal of the battery.

The battery can be seen being removed between 7:25 minutes and 11:30 minutes into the video.
