power button not working

the power button isn't working i i want to shut the ipad down and restart it put the screen ain't working nor the buttons and if i pressed on the main button siri is talking and it can't shut the device down either what shall i do ??! help please

Just let the battery discharge and then recharge it. That will effectively reboot your device.
