@cmeyer0922 not quite sure what you are looking at. It sounds like your bezel is cracked. To verify this, post some images of what you are looking at, with your question. Use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that.
If it is the bezel alone, use this video. Slightly different model same idea.
If it is that the hinges are actually braking the case/frame then you should get this covered under warranty. After all the GE72 should still be pretty new.
