must restart to see uploads on fb etc

My phone requires me to restart it at least 3-5 times a day or I cannot get new posts, videos, pictures on FB, mainly. It just spins and spins and spins if I try to click on an item to view it in total - I have to restart the phone or else it won't display and it won't allow me to share posts either until I have restarted the phone
