Are there really two different kinds of screws on the bottom panel?

I picked up a used 2.26GHz A1342 (Late 2009, MC207LL/A), and the instructions in the user guide take special care in noting that the bottom panel has two different types of screws at the front and back (https://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1...).

However the technician's guide for this model just refers to them as "8 (4.3-mm) 922-9208 screws", and mine came with regular screws without the shank/shoulder in all 8 positions..

Could someone who got one of these new tell me if they got two different types of screws?

I could not find a model on that guide. I also do not remember ever seeing this set up on the screws. Anyway here are the screws listed for this model:

Oh, I have taken them out (as I mentioned, they're 8 of the same screw). There is no other Late 2009 MacBook model this manual could be for as far as I can tell, though I suppose it's possible the manual is named incorrectly or included some content for a pre-production design or a different model by mistake.

I really have not seen those types of screws since the G4 powerBooks.
