My son put a password on his tablet and can't remember what it is I've factory reset it using the tiny pin hole button in the back but no luck it's still locked with his password. Any ideas I'd love to have this devise working again

Turn it off. Then hold volume button and power button at same time until it begins to boot. Use arrow keys to scroll to clear cache, then power button to select it. After it clears, scroll to factory reset and use power button to select it. It should reset. Let me know if you have any problems or questions

If it comes up in korean, the sixth option is the factory reset.
I pressed the 6th option but it just brought me to a new page with korean writing.

My Digiland brings a different menu then stated. Recovery Mode, Fastboot Mode, Normal Mode. I selected Recovery brings me to a Android with a triangle. error message no command. How do I proceed?

Is that tablet android based??? I think you can restore de default settings of android, but you will lose any information on it..
