Hello everyone,i have a proble with my iphone 7 !When i get phone calls in my iphone and is ringing the screen remains black.Only if i push the lock button it will react(juts ends the call and the screen respond normally,Please let me know if i can do somthing for that.

Hi, this may be a software issue or a hardware issue. To try the software repair I would reset your phone to factory settings and set the phone up again. This will install a fresh IOS and this may solve the issue. If this still doesn't then it might be a hardware issue. In this case, try having a look at the proximity sensor which is located near the front camera. Are you blocking that when you are calling? Hopefully that helped

the proximity sensor is the most likely solution. This happens more often after a screen replacement. but may be dirt, or a faulty part.
Yes, might be worth replacing that or going to apple if you have no experience with replacing parts in an iPhone if you still have your warranty.

I have the same problem with my new iPhone SE (the 6 workings in the 5 body). Just started today - - ringing, black screen, no way to answer. At least one person said they called, and it went straight to voice mail. But my phone icon screens don't show any calls, missed voice mail or otherwise.
