My screen will not change from where it is at

My Garmin Streetpilot C330 is on the screen asking me if I want to erase my data and will not leave it. How do I get it to work again?

@jonadab try a complete reset:

Turn the unit off.

Use your thumbnail in the groove under the Garmin logo to remove the faceplate.

Press the reset button.

Turn the unit back on, it should be reset.
