i have a 2nd generation ipod and the dial/click wheel is not working. it won't scroll up/down, stop, play, pause or even turn-off while pressing the play/pause button. but it plays when you put it on the ipod dock station and charges. please help what do i do?

moraleschrislyn , make sure that your hold button is not stuck. If the hold button is okay, replace the click wheel.
