simon gonzales check to see if there is debris in it. Also check for broken pins corrosion etc. If none of that applies you have to take it apart and see what is going on with it. Check to ensure it is still fully connected. Use these guides GoPro Hero4 Silver to work on it. Oh and you do want to get a new battery as well. If your battery is depleted it will no longer charge.
