Which is the best double tape to stick the ipad? Or the most advisable glue to stick it?
When mounting the ipad mini I notice that I do not hit correctly.
And what would be the best way to remove the excess tape that comes with the original screen?

Acetone works well to remove the old adhesive, then clean with IPA. As for the adhesives, the Tesa Tape sold here at iFixit is probably the strongest tape you will find but it is only sold in rolls. If you want pre-cut tape for the iPad, consider BowlerTech or TapeTemplates.

Sometimes the factory adhesive is a bit thick and doesn't set very well even with heating, it can also make the home button sit higher so it doesnt make contact.
If you apply about 80C heat to the existing tape it should soften it enough to help peel it back off.
