i have sony X wont take photos in the back and front camera what can i do to fixit i tryd to fix by software but still the same

The camera may damaged and got some issue after a long time of using. You can try reconnect the camera flex cable, cause the flex cable maybe loosen when accidentally drop or hit.
However, if reconnect the flex cable can not fix the camera problem, then you should change a new camera.
