@Danj is right as far as the internal storage is concerned but this tablet can have its storage capacity increased with an sd card . Up to 128gb, one of the advantages of a samsung is its storage . Hope this helps

Unfortunately, Samsung disabled the Android 6 "Format SD Card as Storage" which would combine on device and SD Card memory into a single storage volume. Having an SD card will only allow the device to store some apps that support it, music, videos, and docs on the SD card.
@avanteguarde this is the tablet not the samsung 6s and it does have a sd slot as well the samsung 6s comes with at least 32gb of space and up to 128gb and it can still do extra storage with micro usb connector . the phone will actually read a jump stick and there are cases the that will add battery and storage . Sorry no, the RAM is soldered to the logic board. Your only choice would be to swap out the logic board which is not really economical. Better to buy a new unit and sell your old one.
