Viking Pro Battery Replacement
Can battery be replaced in the Viking Pro RCT6303W87DK?
If possible, Owner or Repair Shop ? ? Soldering Required?

Tom Dibala it is not soldered but uses a connector. Use this video even so it is a slightly different model to open your tablet.

Thanks for link to video(s) - looks fairly simple - - - now need find source for replacement battery!
Discovered that problem was with power adapter inside wire apparently was broken from couple years of "flexing" at plugin end. Ordered new adapter (with longer wire) and, although battery does not last long as when new, tablet working OK. Grateful for battery replacement info though - that is probably an upcoming project.
