Hi Carlos, are you able to find any of the jumper pads that say JRST? Those are the one's you want to look for on a Toshiba, and I can't find them in your photos.

Can you post a photo with the RAM removed please?

I added a picture without the ram. I hope you can help me thanks

Carlos Baliño all that information is written to an IC. Your board does not have any jumpers and removing the CMOS battery does not erase any of your settings for the BIOS password. Unless you find the IC and know where to reset it, there is not a whole lot you can do. You most likely need an "Authorized Service Dealer" for that since Toshiba does not like to give any of the reset codes over the phone.

@oldturkey03 typically removing the CMOS battery will reset the BIOS as the entire task of the CMOS battery is to keep the flash that stores the settings from losing the data. This doesn't always apply to the password though.

@pccheese you are right of course. It was meant to say for the password. The days of resetting your password with either jumpers or by replacing the battery have come and gone.

There are no reset jumpers (at least none that I could see in the images). Instead you need to remove that small battery in the last image, next to the hard drive. Remove the main laptop battery, the power cord, and then this battery. Give it 20 seconds for all the capacitors to discharge. Then put the battery back in (the bios will forget everything once power is lost, and then will boot up back to its default configuration). Worst case as with my gaming rig, I have to wait 20 minutes for all the capacitors to dischange and allow the memory to reset.

Update (02/15/2018)

Since it doesn't seem that the Password is saved in volatile flash, removing the battery won't work. Try this guide https://www.wikihow.com/Reset-a-BIOS-Pas...

I remove the battery for half hour and continue asking for the password. I'll try more time maybe work

I already tried but I can't get the BIOS lock to get the number

In your images, I don't see any typical chipset based bios that most desktop computers would have, the makers may have used a single chip with onboard memory for your bios, making it hard to get to the memory to clear it. I think I have seen a few cases where people actually had to find the chip, remove it, and then put on a new bios chip from a dead computer. Not sure if such a fix would be practical for you however.

it's not a desktop

I'm dealing with the same issue in a Toshiba laptop. The model is a satellite radius p55w b5220. There is no bios indicating marks on the motherboard and I've looked all over the internet four answers to solve this issue if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Here is some pictures of the motherboard.

Hey fellas, I’m not exactly sure where the jumper is located on your laptop based on the pictures provided but let me share a picture of a common Jumper location on most Toshiba laptops.

Just remove your cmos battery for about 10 seconds. It is the one that looks like a watch battery in your bottom picture.
