several action while telephone is idle

Hello Guys,

I've seen on Iphone a problem named Touch Disease which represents the action of the touch screen without anybody doing any move on top of that.

A Motorola is presenting a similar behavior looking like having the very same problem.

Is it correct? What may cause this issue? The touch screen has failed??
