Ipad pro 12.9 no response..

Hello guys..

I need some help. Does anyone knows the problem with that...?

I’ve tried the new screen for ipad pro 12.9.

After putting two connectors on I pressed the power button but there was no response.

I could see the battery sign on the screen after putting on a charger.

Few minutes later checked the ipad, no response and the charger cable was little bit hot..

I found that something was missing on the screen connector.

But I’m very worried that the ipad was also damaged. I cannot check with old screen and new screen till next week..

Is it the screen problem or the ipad?

Did you isolate the battery before disconnecting the screen (see here)?

I am concerned about the damage you see on the connector. Can you post an image (add it to your question)? That and a "hot" cable. Sounds like there may be a problem with the charging circuit.

Go back through the guide linked above and double check your work. Report back with any findings.

The connectors on the logic board look okay but the ones on the flex look damaged, although that could just be caused by the blurry picture.
