Why does it die suddenly?

When I use my laptop without connecting it to power source, it dies with no warning even if it has over 50% of battery life. I’ve had this laptop for a year and this problem started six months after I bought it

farialm132 if it stays powered on while on an AC charger then the issue is with your battery. Replace the battery first and see if that resolves the issue.
