when i turn on my GE X500 it says lens obstruction and tells me to restart camera which i do not no how to do, so if you have any other way i can fix this please tell us because they are a lot of other people who have the same camera and are struggling with this problem

@abel_b17 sounds like a stuck lens. Start with these tricks from here. Ultimately I would consider a lens replacement.
