Speaker not powering on or off

My UE Boom has it's bluetooth light signal permanently lit on. Holding it down doesn't affect it, nor does holding down the power button, nor does attempting a factory reset. I don't believe there's anything wrong with the battery because the bluetooth light is still lit. The speaker went 'dead' (although is still bluetooth lit up) in the middle of a song so I'm not sure what could've happened to it. Not devices are able to connect to it currently. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

This doesnt help as the solution isnt there. Thats why people ask these things...

I’m having the same problem. Light is on. Won’t connect with app or phone, won’t turn off and won’t reset.
