How to change loudspeakers on my iPhone 4?

I tried to change loudspeakers on my iphone 4 but this part was glued on so hard that it broke when i tried to get it off, and now the iphone have very bad receiving right now!

Can any one help?

Depending on what portion broke, you'll need to order a new set of speakers. Make sure you use a heat gun to soften the glue and avoid damages. iPhone 4 Speaker Enclosure Replacement
