A blinking power light indicates a problem with the battery. It may be low on charge.
What OS is installed in the laptop?
If Win 10 is installed and the laptop can be started when the charger is connected, create a Win 10 battery report to check the status of the battery.
If the battery needs to be replaced, here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.37 to view the battery removal procedure. Also on p.37 you will find the spare part numbers for the battery. Search online using the part number only in the search term of your browser, to find suppliers that suit you.
