Possible Virus? Memory not saveable?
Can't erase information phone working slow and sometimes shutting down no storage . Possibly the malware virus Induced.

Hi,
If you do not have an A/V app installed on your phone, here is a link to just one that is available.
Download, install and then run the A/V app to test for and remove any viruses etc.,and see what it tells you.
There are others that may suit you better, just search online.
Here is a link to an app that tests for malware. Do the same as above, download, install and then run the app.
