bluetooth won't connect to devices
Turned on bluetooth to both phone and tablet but says no devices found even though they are both paired

I would take a look on each device at the ‘paired’ devices list. If you see the other device in the list, there should be an option to ‘forget’ that device. Do this on each device to clear them out. Then turn Bluetooth off and on on each device and try again.
Sometimes Bluetooth connections can be tricky and need a reset.
