Wont Turn On, No Diagnostic LEDs After CPU Replacement

Ftet replacing the CPU, my computer will no longer power on, and the motherboard appears to not be receiving any power, as the diagnostic leds are not visible. What might be the problem? I have taken the computer apart and plugged everything back in twice now, with no sucess

What was the specs of the CPU you put in? And why did you replace it.
