Can it be repaired?
Looks like the TV got hit in lower right hand corner. It has a spitter web looking spot and the colored lines running vertically and horizontally all the way across the screen from there.

going by your description alone, it sounds like a broken LCD panel. To verify this post some picutres of what the screen looks like with your question. Use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that.
If it indeed is a broken panel, then it becomes a difficult repair. Vizio use all kinds of different panel manufacturers for their TV’s even within the same model. So, you will have to remove the back of your TV and find the label on the LCD panel. On that you should find the manufacturer and the model number. Use those numbers and do an online search to see if you can find a panel for a prize less than a new TV.
